What's the ID of this Elachiptera? Or couldn't this be determined by photo?

Which part of the fly do you need (clear) pictures of to identy? I've more photos. It's also be helpfull when I will take photos in the future.

For Chloropids we need clear pics about thorax from above and lateral view, also scutellum...
And head from above and profile, and even also if is possible from front of, legs and abdomen... Wink
