Hello is it Eupeodes luniger? The scutellum is yellow haired and the male genitalia are not small. The animal is less then 1cm long. Thanks for helping Maja dipdip attached the following image:  [96.03Kb] |

Yeah, nice one! In this case it is a dark specimen of Eupeodes corollae (with the spots not connected on the abdomen). The big genital apparatus is a good characteristic of the species!  Greetings, Edited by Gerard Pennards on 24-11-2006 23:04 Greetings, Gerard Pennards |
