Sorry boys. It is certainly a tephritid, Rochmopterum venustum de Meijere. It has been recorded from Queensland. Take a look at the a) pointed antennae; b ) costal cleft (the diagnostic character of the tribe Schistopterini). It is really tiny, more tiny than any Noeetomima (see Kim's book for Australian Noeetomima)
