Digging in my archive, I found this one. Looking in an old french elementary book I found a far resemblance with something labeled 'Chloropisca notata; now it looks like the genus Chloropisca doen't exist any more. Maybe Thaumatomyia? It seems yes, that's Thaumatomyia genus and maybe notata, for sure do you have a more clear pic from its head?

Unfortunately I have only five shots of this fly, more or less all the same. Maybe this one is better for the head details.
