What kind of Sphaerocerid (Copromyzinae) this flies. Slovak Republic, Malá Fatra-Terchová, approximately 700 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards! Fote date: 08.11.2011.

I cannot tell. With what I can see in this picture I cannot even confirm Copromyzinae...
