Hello !
This fly was found the 09 05 2021 in the bocage of Vendée at Chanverrie (85130)- France, on cow dung. Size : 4,8 mm.

In the "forum du monde des insectes" it was named Copromyzinae-Sphaeroceridae

Is it possible to go further ?
