Hi, I found this small one today on a dead bat. It is about 1.3 mms long. It seems to be a chloropid???

Yes, is Chloropidae, and Oscinellinae! But I should be sure about Genus and also species, if I can!? I'll try, but maybe some people can ID that sooner!
Sincerely yours Sara |

Hi,I made a microphoto also. Is the sure determination impossible because of the old key or because some character are not visible on the photos? Sara, You might like to have at look at what the journal 'Revue suisse de Zoologie' are using as their 'Modèle pour le style'. ![]() Sara21392 wrote: Hi Walter Great, That's really nice picture! ![]() But unfortunately I don't have, now, new key about this genus and just have an old key that included only 2 species!
