Can't find any similar to this one (with both dark and yellow pterostigma), which species is it? Think it is genus Rhagio. Photographed 02.07.2011 in a coastal area in northern Norway. Approx. 10 mm (don't have specimen, only photos.)

I think it is Rhagio maculatus.
