 Mating Lauxaniidae flies at Mt Kelimutu, Flores Indonesia need ID

Anyone can help to identify this fly? Family or sub family should be good enough for me, but obviously genus is better. It was taken at Mt. Kelimutu in Flores Indonesia on 9th June 2011, morning around 10am This fly was found at around 1,000 m above sea level. It seems beginning of June is their mating season as I saw few pairs were mating around that area.
