Rhagionidae - Chrysopilus? No, Platypezidae

Hello!
I found these 4 mm little fly near Stuttgart on May 8th, 2011 in bushes. I think she is part of the genus Chrysopilus. Can one determine her with the photos more exactly?

Most probably Callomyia speciosa.

Callomyia speciosa? Should not the halters be orange-coloured there? They are black at this fly here.

As far as I know, C. speciosa has black halteres.

okay, thanks a lot! There are some pictures of Callomyia speciosa in the www with orange coloured Halters... so this will be false.
