Hi,

I'm not sure if this is Ontholestes murinus, Tesselatus or Haroldi. My bet is on Tesselatus. Correct?

Thank you,
Andr

Yes Ontholestes tesselatus is correct. The candidate on cow dung is tesselatus too. You can find all species in the beetle gallery - compare the shape of the pronotum and colour of the legs.
Best regards
Frank

Thanks Frank,

I ALWAYS look in your galleries first and therefore I betted on tesselatus, but wasn't sure. Ans since you've seen 'm all (so to speak) you're the man to ask.
