No Vespid, all Vespidae have eyes with emargination on inner side...

But I think it is Vespidae, because cell of 1M longer than 1M+Cu1. Smile

No, Sara, emarginated inner orbit is presented without exception in Vespidae. This animal belongs to Apoidea: Spheciformes, very probably Sphecidae. I cannot go further, I am not focussed on this group :-)
