Today in Dutch dunes, light forest. The fly resembles Protocalliphora azurea but seems less hairy... Suggestions welcome!

OK, no P. azurea then, but Lucillia?? I've never seen bluish colors on them...

Has not really got the Lucillia look about it. Could it be Melinda viridicyanea?

According to Szpila this is Protocalliphora azurea after all. He informed me the flies overwinter as adults, so observations in April well possible.
