On the Dutch forum we had this little (ca 3mm) fly, which was photographed by two different people on a brick wall. The photos below are from my garden in Holland, half March last year. It looks similar to Athyroglossa glabra, but can it also be positively IDed as such?

other photograph. The posture of the fore legs is very characteristic and no coincidence!
