No, not even Heleomyzidae. I'd rather say Scatophagidae

Have we got our NEW glasses on today Ruud. My OLD ones can see lots of little spines on the wing edges!

are you sure, Ruud? It has spines along the costa. Also the profile head is very heleomyzidish.
