Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, near lock Behlendorf, marshy wet meadow right by the Elbe-Lübeck-Canel, Outsidephotos kuv, 20th of July 2021.
I could not find such a fly with an yellow base of the antenna - neither in the Diptera Gallery nor in the threads.
Please help to get the ID.
