Conopidae mating, Conops quadrifasciatus?

Hi to everybody, i found the site searching infos on the web and i like it much. I'm writing from Italy.

Is it possible to identify the Conopidae in the attached pictures as Conops quadrifasciatus? The fotos was taken in August

This looks like a pair of Conops quadrifsaciatus (male on top - guarding his female).
