Hello, I found this beautiful fly on August, 6th, in Eich-Gimbsheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany on a meadow between a large reed area and a lake. It measured nearly 1 cm. I think Hylemya nigrimana (Anthomyiidae) Can you make a crop of the head, to see if the arista is long haired....? Only to be 100% sure Joke |
