 Hello,
this small fly was photographed on 02.09.2010. I found it on a glade near Furth im Wald, Bayerischer Wald, Bavaria, Germany.

 A female Pipunculus. Should be either P. elegans Egger, 1860 or P. oldenbergi Collin, 1956, but a view of the ovipositor is needed.
