Tachinidae - Peleteria varia from sand dunes of Espinho

Found it in 2010.VII.18 in sand dunes of Espinho. Peleteria rubescens? Proboscis is black and can reach to the forelegs and palpi seems to be orange and small. Unfortunately palpi are very badly visible.
