can anyone suggest a species this small fly ?
I take the photo on 29 June 2010 Vaasa Finland.

 there is a dubious (?) genus Caenoneura from Spain.. I never saw one specimen of this species. Caenoneura nigra Kelsey 1969 - I also do not have references concerning this species.
