But nothing seems to fit, to come to a genus..Sad
Maybe a better view on the hindtibia possible..? or another photo..?

The problem is the absent of the interfrontals !
On general view, it looks like a Pegoplata, but it just does not fit....
Hindtibia seems to have 1av+2ad+2pd, but the ad and pd are not around the same level and female of Pegoplata all have interfrontals.
The only one i can think of is Pegomya and i know there are some dark species of Pegomya, but then the other characters don't fit...

I can't give you an answer on this one....Frown
