This fly was found on leaves of Falcaria vulgaris while I was taken photos of Lauxania sp. Its size was 3 mm.

My Discomyza looks very much the same! It has long fore legs and a feathery arista just like yours, so I think the species is unmistakable.
But what happend to your Falcarias? They seem to be heavily infested by a rust fungus. Here our Cirsium arvense suffers an identical pest, and I saw flies licking on the spore pustules. Though the spores are mainly wind-dispersed, flies might thus serve in dispersal, too.
Regards, Sundew

I do not know Sundew, everywhere I see Falcaria, their leaves have the same infection. I am not a botanist, so what you told me could be right. This fly and Lauxania feeds on these orange spots, this way was easier a bit to take pictures.
