Stand off - Mythicomyiidae vs ?

Can anyone please tell me what fly the large one is? It had rather bad manners and kept on kicking the little Mythicomyiidae flies off the flower. Jorge, if you are reading this, the Mythicos are back and I will soon send you some.

I'd say it was a bombyliid - repost with Bombyliidae in the title to attract David Gibbs. And I agree with Stephen - wonderful photo!!
