ID help would be appreciated!

Date: Earth Day, 22 May 2010
Location: Upshur County, West Virginia, USA
Elevation: 300 meters
Habitat: Valley of a small stream, rich woods

Note: the most common i.e only reason that image does not appear is that it exceeds 100KB. But there is no warning about that.
