I found Coleoptera and Lepidoptera as hosts for american Gonia species. Is it the same for european species? Each Gonia species is parasitoid of one host species or several? Greetings from Provence |

I think one of the problems is that they are not very common - especially here in the north (I have never caught one), where there are fewer large areas of good habitat. Rearing records seem to be few and far-between

Gonia is very common in the south. Its hosts are earthliving caterpillars of Noctuidae, such as Cerapteryx graminis Theo |
