Large femora syrphid

Hello,

I had this fly for something ... unknown, because of those large femora. Now I've seen several syrphid photos also with large femora and well, it is a Syrphid Smile
Are there many syrphid genus sharing this characteristic?

Looks like a male of Syritta pipiens. Search for Syritta in the forum and you will find more images.

it seems, that your specimen has a lot of pollen on head and legs.
