Hello, this fly - is it a bibionidae? - is from last week from a garden of a hotel south of Lisboa. Can perhaps something be said about genus of even the species? Lenght estimated 7mm. Dilophus, maybe febrilis, but I thought there was another one in the Iberian that had darkened wings in the female.
