I can't see any hairs on the arista... can you see hairs on the eye?

Some hairs between notopleural setae and typical chaetotaxy on hindtibia, frontal vitta about 1xflag broad, midfemur long haired in middle..... Delia radicum ..could be ! Joke |

It is Delia radicum L. male because of the longer setae on the hind femur ventrally-getting shorter towards the middle of femur. |
