Found this tine fly on a potted rose. Could barely see it was a fly  Could it be Oscinella frit?Size: ~2-3mm Date: 13 August 2009 Location: On a potted (English) rose (Helsingborg, Sweden) Thanks! Oscinella is likely. Species is very difficult with Oscienella, as there are many similar species.

Thank you both. I've seen O. maura there earlier but this one doesn't seem to have white arista.
