I can't find even siutable genus.
About 7-8mm, on boulders on the stream at upper forest margin at 1800m,
Turkey, Bolu region, 31 Aug

Hercostomus varicoloris Becker, 1917 or its very close undescribed relative. One of the intermediate species supporting synonymisation of Hercostomus and Poecilobothrus . Originally Caucasian species, recorded recently in Turkey (Artvin).
