I'm confused: waist similar "baccha elongata" - hind legs similar Syritta pipiens

is it Syrphidae? Does anyone could give me the ID?

 You will usually find them on cool places, instead of the sunny spots (alike Baccha elongata). And their behaviour is somewhat inconspicuous. You will certainly learn to find them, once you've seen some.

Thanks for informations!

I returned to same place and, perhaps, I found Baccha elongata.
They are so small, never sitting for a long while, mostly in lower level of the lower plants, in bad position for good pics :-( Flashes scares them.
(I'm sorry for my english, I hope the meaning will coming through).
