May, or may not, be the same sp. as my previous (in cop. pair). Same place, a minute or two earlier. rather high up in a bush so distant/poor photo I'm afraid. 9/8/2009; Glamorgan, S Wales, dune scrub. That was my first impression as well. However, there are strong bristles on facial ridge (difficult to see) and the third antennal segment is much too long. The wing venation is BLondeliini, the eyes hairy and the ocellars are missing (second pic !) So my idea is Compsilura concinnata Theo |
