I would say Helina depuncta / impuncta
Legs yellow, crossveins infuscated, pre-alar same as post.noto.pleural
I think there are 3 dc, so H. depuncta, .....but I'm not 100% sure (if 4 dc, H.impuncta)

I have H.impuncta on the dreaded Checklist so I think I'll go with that....Don't suppose the Fly Police will come around in the middle of the night to confiscate my Laptop for wrongful naming of a fly. Wink

2. I can't make out from the only other photo I have if there are 3 or 4...I'm crap at that sort of thing. Frown I think this is the same fly going by jpg No.
3. Better a saw, than that TeleFunken U-47 (Copyright...Frank Zappa) you normally brandish. Grin
