Can someone help me to identify this Tabanus.

I have my doubts

Looks like something in the Tabanus glaucopis group, but if you don't have a frontal pic, it is gonna be very difficult to say more.

it is clear that this has hairy eyes. Does Tabanus glaucopis have hairy eyes?

OK, that helps a lot

The eyes are slightly hairy, but not as much as in Hybomitra. Moreover, in Hybomitra the calli are connected. So this is Tabanus, somewhere in the nemoralis - bifarius group. It doesn't look grey, but greenish, so that would exclude nemoralis. On the other hand, the pattern is unusually strong, suggesting marianii.
Not really possible to be sure.
