Hello, this tephritidae is from may from near Cologne. I found it near a small lake. Rhagoletis alternata in the gallery seemed most similar for me, but was darker. What Tephritidae is it? Yes, it is Rhagoletis alternata (Fallen), a young teneral (that's why it is so pale) male with shriweled wings.
