Does anyone have a description of Nemestrinus kozlovi at hand?

 Thank you for opening my post! Nemestrinus kozlovi was described by Paramonov in 1951, but I have been unable to find the original literature:"Bestimmungstabelle der palaearktischen Arten der Gattung Rhynchocephalus (Nemestrinidae, Diptera). Zool. Anz. 146: 118-127." Shock I would be very grateful if someone could provide me with a description of this species or the original literature!
