I saw this Tachinid in the 'Drents-Friese Woud', a woodland area in Northern Holland. Comparing images, I concluded it might well be Tachina lurida. Corfirmation/correction sought! What is the distribution in Holland? Supplemental: along dirt road, sunny side, resting on shrubs. Oak-Birch forest, Fir never far away.
