Tachinidae for id.

The Netherlands,De Wieden. 8 may 2009.

8 mm long tachinid fly, no hairs on eyes.
I have no frontal shot of the facial area, but perhaps an expert can say more?

Yes, it is a Lydella: bare eyes, completely black (ie. not red, not on scutellum), apical scutellar bristles erect. The head is large and the frons protruding, reminiscent of female Metopia sometimes.
3 very similar species
This is a female so I'm not gonna speculate more
