It's a nice photo of a tachinid but I doubt anyone could say more ... but maybe Theo could have a guess?

No. I really need the specimen from Africa, I'm not that good. First impression is some Theocarcelia. In which case it should have a rather conspicuous ovipositor (look from below) Theo |
