Fly from Hong Kong: Sepsidae?

About 20-30 individuals were found yesterday near some dog droppings, next to a road in a secondary forest nature reserve. Most of them walked on leaves / droppings, and they "greeted" each other just like what ants did. Two of them were of bigger size and brownish body colour, while others were in black.
