dear members, i need a name for my fly seen yesterday near Rotterdam. the body seems thelaira solivaga, but not the hairs and antenna I almost think its Pollenia sp thanks uwe uwe attached the following image: [81.73Kb] |

What is wrong with the wing venation ? Erikas is very correct, it is a Musca, I'd guess M. autumnalils male. THeo |
