Photographed in the Netherlands today. On the forum of Waarneming.nl I 've got the suggestion of Phorocera obscura.

I photogaphed these flies April 20. I think they are the same species.
But I'm not sure.

Yes, these are Phorocera obscura

Very common, these days

Unless you are looking for them in England, in which case they are pretty uncommon Wink
