Fly with a white abdomen on a daisy (Asteraceae).

In the mountains, edge of the forest, West Virginia USA. 13 July 2007.

Rhamphomyia, but I have to little knowledge of Nearctic ones to say anything more than most likely Rhamphomyia (Pararhamphomyia) sp.
