Not a muscid ... I think it is an exoristine tachinid but I am distracted by the thought that it could be a sarcophagid Smile

Bare eyes, strong bristles present on lower parafacialia, large scutellum, elongated abdomen, long appendix to bend in vein M:

This should be a Sarcophagidae.
