My special interest to know is the prey of Lispe kowarzi the same Ephydridae.

Marina Krivosheina's guess is
Allotrichoma, she wrote that from this very site she has
Allotrichoma laterale Loew.
She is interesting what Tony or Cranefly think.

I'm not very familiar with Allotrichoma, but I agree that this is most likely. I'd hesitate to put a species name to it, though, even with a previous record from the site!

Index of face and gena with tubercle and 2 setae resembles Allotrichoma laterale, but the species of this genus can be surely determined only from male genitalia.
