I'm not very familiar with Allotrichoma, but I agree that this is most likely. I'd hesitate to put a species name to it, though, even with a previous record from the site!

Index of face and gena with tubercle and 2 setae resembles Allotrichoma laterale, but the species of this genus can be surely determined only from male genitalia. |
