Photographed in my garden in summer at different times and different lighting conditions,are they the same kind?

Thanks Andre, that's the second time this week for these.
Could have sworn it was something different. Oh well Smile. Last time was just a dorsal view, that's my excuse.

The spots on the abdomen of this species is variable. So is coloration and size...
