Great I was feel something wrong here So if this Dolichpodidae I'm sure the follow is Dolichpodidae also photo at same time and location of the last one but this spices was not active on the water, but on the stones near by the water. Same family indeed, but different genus : it should be Sciapus or closely related genus.
