I found Ctenophora elegans in the gallery. Is it this species? (foto from western germany, two weeks ago.)

This is Ptychopteridae. Do you have another picture of the wing venetion?

Unfortunately I only have this not very well focused photo. I only can offer a less comprimated view of the wing. Probably there is not enough to see.

My best guess is Ptychoptera contaminata.
