Looks like a sarcophagid but the photos are very blurred Sad

It is a Miltogramminae (Sarcophagidae), possibly even Miltogramma

Theo is close, not Miltogramma, but the related

Protomiltogramma fasciata (Sarcophagidae, Miltogramminae)
